We want to inform the public that the Municipal Government has acted immediately in response to the events that occurred on a beach on our coast, where a foreigner attempted to restrict free access to Mexicans, citing a supposed concession," said Municipal President Héctor Javier Santana García.

In addition to the seals closing a fence that prevented free passage along the beach, the pleasant woman was fined 150,000 pesos, with the threat of a similar penalty if she blocks the passage again.
