The video showed the foreigner attacking the people, claiming that "they were on her property," while claiming to have a concession that prevented anyone from passing through.

"No one has the right to close our beaches. In Bahía de Banderas, the sea belongs to the people. We want to inform the public that the Municipal Government has acted immediately in response to the events that occurred on a beach on our coast, where a foreigner attempted to restrict free access to Mexicans, citing a supposed concession," said Municipal President Héctor Javier Santana García.
In addition to the seals closing a fence that prevented free passage along the beach, the pleasant woman was fined 150,000 pesos, with the threat of a similar penalty if she blocks the passage again.
